During the isolation of the pandemic, I found myself drawn to the ever-changing light within my home. The way it streamed in through the windows, casting rhythmic lines and patterns, brought unexpected vitality to the stillness of my inanimate treasures. Processing my images in the computer and and toning them gave me a sense of warmth, energy, and—most of all—hope.
Even after the pandemic subsided, I continued the project, still inspired by the quiet beauty and emotional resonance found in the light that fills my space. This series explores how ordinary domestic objects can be transformed through light, shadow, and tone into something ethereal and otherworldly. These dreamlike spaces, born from solitude and reflection, allow the mundane to become a source of wonder, mystery, and timeless presence.
